All pieces are handmade and therefore ALL sales are FINAL – NO REFUNDS

Exchanges can be made within 10 days after delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Items to be exchanged must be in NEW condition:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• No deodorant stains, smells, altering, damage..etc
• Tags must be attached and liners must still be in place.

Once received, items will be inspected and if accepted, exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receipt. Ashi B Fashions reserve the right to not accept merchandise that is not in NEW condition. Please try on pieces with undergarments.

Once a custom order has been processed by it can not be modified or cancelled.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout.
During high volume periods processing time is 5-7 days.
Once your order has processed you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Flat rate for all USA shipments is $8.00

INCOMPLETE DELIVERIES

Please allow 2-3 days before contacting us in regard to orders that have not been received within the estimated delivery window.
Once items are sent out it is the responsibility of the USPS to ensure packages are delivered. Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.

• Rinse your B'Kini in cool water immediately after each each use
• Hand wash with a mild soap or detergent is best or
• Machine wash on delicate/gentle cycle in cold water
• Let air dry

• DO NOT LEAVE IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT
